Aura Health Services is a Minnesota provider of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). We help adults build the day-to-day skills that keep recovery moving forward — at home, in the community, and at our Saint Anthony office.
We believe adults living with mental illness deserve more than a prescription and a follow-up appointment. They deserve a team that shows up where life actually happens — in their kitchen, on the bus to a doctor's visit, at the pharmacy counter, in the community spaces where stress comes up.
Through ARMHS, we partner with each client to build the skills they choose to work on and connect those skills to the rest of their care team.
ARMHS is a Medicaid-billable Minnesota service authorized for adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis.
The principles that shape every plan, session, and partnership at Aura.
ARMHS is about teaching the practical skills people need to manage symptoms, navigate community life, and make their own decisions.
Every plan starts with the goals the client cares about — work, school, parenting, relationships, independence — and works backward from there.
We deliver services in English, Arabic, and Somali so language and culture do not become barriers to mental health care.
We follow Minnesota DHS standards for ARMHS and work in lockstep with prescribers, therapists, and case managers on each client’s team.
Many adults in our community face mental health challenges that are made harder by a shortage of providers who speak their language or share their cultural context. Our practitioners deliver ARMHS in English, Arabic, and Somali so clients can focus on recovery instead of translation.
Aura was founded because the path from a mental health diagnosis to a stable, independent life rarely runs in a straight line. Therapy and medication matter, but so does the work between sessions — paying bills, refilling prescriptions on time, getting to appointments, talking through a hard moment before it becomes a crisis.
Our team approaches ARMHS as a partnership. We listen first, plan together, and measure progress in the things that actually change a person's week. We are committed to clinical quality, to the communities we serve, and to the practitioners doing the work.
